Constant running is a cistern fault, and there are only two candidates: the inlet valve letting water through, or the flush valve failing to seal. Either can be changed without disturbing the pan.
Replacement makes sense when the pan is cracked, or when the parts no longer exist. A hairline crack leaks into the floor rather than onto it, which is why it goes unnoticed. Toilet repairs are a emergency plumber near me DM Plumbing Services service, and the advice comes with them.

Does a quote cost anything?
DM Plumbing Services gives a free, no obligation quotation, and estimates in the home are free. Appointments in the evening are available for anybody who cannot be in during the day.
A price given after looking is worth more than one given after listening. A seized valve or a soft floor does not come across in a description. Ask what is included: parts, labour, taking the old one away and making good.
